Participation Ribbons

Each participating patrol will recive a ribbon for each skill event they participate in.  The color of the ribbon will represent their overall proficiency, blue representing the highest proficiency followed by gold and then red. The appropriate ribbon a patrol earns by its participation in an event will be decided by the score that patrol receives in the event.  {See Pages 8 through 16 for scoring and ribbon distribution formulas).
