REQUIREMENTS: Life Rank and Scoutmaster Approval
CHOSEN BY: Elected By Troop
TERM: One Year
REPORTS TO: Scoutmaster and Program ASM
DUTIES:
- Chairs and Organizes PLC Meetings.
- Trains ASPLs and Patrol Leaders
- Assigns Tasks to Junior Leaders
- Attends at least 75% of Troop activities.
- Must be proficient in Basic Scouting Skills.
- MCs Troop Meetings, Courts of Honor and other
functions.
- Responsible for Weekly Phone Calls to Patrol Leaders
on Friday nights.
- Sign off on Rank advancement for Tenderfoot through
First Class in accordance with Troop’s Advancement Guidelines.
- Responsible for ASPLs and Patrol Leaders
- Evaluates ASPLs, Troop Guides and Patrol Leaders on a
monthly basis.
- Responsible for performing or delegating assigned
Junior Leaders duties when they are not present or their is a vacancy.
