TROOP FIRE WARDEN

This Leadership positions may be used when working
on Star and Life Ranks only. Scouts working on Eagle Rank may not use this Leadership positions to receive Leadership credit.
REQUIREMENTS: Star or First Class Rank or lower rank if
no one in Troop is at least First Class
CHOSEN BY: Appointed by SPL and ASPL - Personnel
TERM: One Year
REPORTS TO: ASPL – Personnel
DUTIES:
- Bring two number ten cans to every campout.
- Be familiar with fire regulations for tents, cooking
fires e.t.c.
- Inspect all fires, cooking and all others.
- Issue matches to all troop members before backpacking
trips.
- Know general safety for fires at campsites.
- Bring a hose to every campout.
- Attends at least 75% of Troop and Patrol meetings and
activities.
